Role Summary

As the Vice President of Statistical Programming, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our talented team of statisticians and programmers. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Statistical Programming team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the planning and execution of statistical analysis activities for clinical studies, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Biostatistics, Data Management, and Medical Affairs, to align on project objectives and timelines.
• Develop and implement robust data reporting and visualization strategies for clinical trial data.
• Keep abreast of advancements in statistical programming methodologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our practices where appropriate.
• Represent the Statistical Programming department in meetings with regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Data Science, Statistics or in a relevant field of study.
• Extensive experience in statistical programming within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven track record of leadership, managing teams, and delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) and ICH guidelines related to statistical programming.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, Python, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
