Location: Abu Dhabi Language: Arabic and English Day-to-Day Operations

• Leads the daily stand-ups, and coordinates with the project management team to align project actions with broader program goals.
• Assigns tasks to team members based on skills and strengths. Ensure that work is evenly distributed, and deadlines are achievable.
• Conducts regular code reviews to ensure the team is producing high-quality work, offers guidance to overcome roadblocks, and provides feedback to team members.
• Conducts one-on-one meetings, group training sessions, or informal coaching.
• In addition to writing high-quality code, the team leader supports the team members in debugging problems.
• Meets with other stakeholders, including project managers, designers, testing team, etc., to ensure that the team is in sync with the rest of the teams.
• Make sure that the required technical documentation, code comments, and user manuals, are up to date, and that all tasks status and tracking are updated in the repository.
• Continuous Improvement
• Regularly review and assess existing processes and workflows and identifies areas of improvement.
• Fosters a culture of learning and development within the department and encourages team members to pursue further training in new technologies, brainstorm innovative ideas, and attend industry conferences to improve department performance.
• Regularly evaluate the skills and competencies within the team and plan for upskilling where necessary. MIS & Reports
• Regularly prepare and present reports to management on the status of ongoing projects. These reports should include details such as progress made, challenges faced, solutions implemented, team performance, and projected timelines, and to make sure these updates are aligned with the KPI’s, policies, strategies, and standards of
