About the job

• Support in doing the validation of business processes as per guidelines
• Gathering data on market trends, statistics, and related best practices.
• Support in developing the process flows of the agreed/approved business processes.
• Checking performance data (supporting documents) for reliability, representation, and accuracy
• Collect business process data and draft business process descriptions
• Draft organizational structures and update them on a periodic basis.
• Follow-up on the Internal Controls Checklists on monthly basis
• Support in reviewing and updating the quality assurance policy, procedures, and related documents.
• Any additional business requests

RequirementsEducation:

• Bachelors/Graduate in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration
• Additional Certification as Quality Assurance Associate can be an added advantage

Work Experience:

• 0 – 1 years of experience

Language and IT Skills:

• Excellent in English Language (written and spoken)
• Professional in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel and Power Point, etc.)

• Displays a customer-focus positive image
• Manages own time efficiently to complete the tasks

Personal Skills:

• Adaptability to adjust and cope with changes
