It is within close proximity to shopping malls including the famous Dubai Mall as well as Dubai’s popular beaches.

Requirement

• Supervise and manage the housing and welfare of all colleagues living in the hotel accommodation
• Oversee the maintenance and ensure that all facilities are operational and in good condition
• Ensure periodic inspection of all apartments and related common areas
• Enforce implementation of related housing / accommodation policies
• Maintain up to date records of accommodation occupancy, linens, assets and other inventory
• Lead in organizing employee relations activities and initiatives
