About the job

The Policy Senior Specialist will work alongside other members of the Policy team in identifying and implementing policy initiatives relevant to the development of the wider commercial framework of ADGM, working alongside members of the Legal team and other operational units within ADGM to achieve those objectives.

Requirement

• Develop high quality policy advice in order to achieve the overarching objectives of the RA and ADGM more widely
• Assist in the development of policies in connection with large legislative projects, from the development of initial benchmarking, to policy development, public consultation and Board papers
• Assist in the development and ongoing review of the policies for the RA, including periodical review of existing policies and related amendments
• Respond to policy queries from internal stakeholders and market participants, in conjunction with the Legal team as appropriate
• Identify, recommend and present policy development options for consideration by the Chief Executive Officer of the RA and its decision-making bodies, ensuring they are underpinned by robust analysis and evidence
