Job Requirements:The Job role is responsible for managing and delivering wealth Management projects & change requests across wealth Platforms and the Bank’s Channels and particularly focusing on credit & Lombard lending deliveries. The role holder is accountable for delivery of technology centric Projects and delivery of robust infrastructure across global locations of wealth Management.Key Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness stakeholder engagement: working with business stakeholders in prioritization of key projects / change requests which are key to driving business growth and enhance customer experience. Identifying all business stakeholders, collating the necessary business requirements & documenting business cases in collaboration with stakeholdersIT / Channels engagement: Working closely with the relevant Platform IT / channels team and related squads to ensure that the projects are well understood and deliveredGovernance & oversight: Ensuring projects timelines and criteria’s around Project exit, test cases, UAT approach and well established and signed-off. Ensure clear visibility to management on progress of the projects and escalate challenges promptly for resolution. The Job role also involves active participation in the UAT / Pre pilot to ensure necessary validations and sign-off are procured and all documentation is in orderEffective liaison: Responsible to act as an effective liaison between Business teams and tech solution owners / Channels to ensure smooth flow of communication and clarity in status of project across all relevant stakeholdersMain TasksCollaborate with Risk and compliance to identity the application risks and take corrective measures to mitigate the risk with out any efficiency loss.Work with the Technology partners to ensure effective support provided for the wealth management Business.Build system features to ensure audit trails are maintained and can be retrieved efficiently.Prepare Budget for all projects spends, subscription and liaise with finance for annual provisioning.Identify training requirements across WM offices and arrange for training across various WM departments.Manage relation with Vendors and IT to efficiently service the business needsManage relations with the Wm stake holders.Good understanding of the wealth management products and processes.Understanding the regulatory framework.Interact with stakeholders and create a road map align strategic ideas with delivery timelines.Work across teams to define and implement improvement stories that will increase the velocity and qualityDescription of Knowledge / Skill etc.Bachelors degree in Finance &/or technologyAdvanced courses in computersPMP or equivalent certified(preferred)12+ years of experience in delivering projects in the financial industryExperience in handling Lombard lending products and system implementation (including digitization)Experience with implementation of trading platforms (preferable)Sound understanding of wealth management products and process, trade life cycles & Lombard lending capabilitiesExperience with managing multiple teams / stakeholders across business, IT and ability to work in an Agile modelQuick in analysis and solution driven. Strategic and tactical problem solving abilityAbility to manage teams and stakeholders in a high pressure environment
