As the Technical Delivery Program Lead for Applications, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects related to Software AG, DevOps, Sitecore, and MS Dynamics. With over 15 years of experience in the field, you will bring a wealth of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the successful execution of complex application projects. Your role will involve managing a team of technical professionals, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of projects within budget and scope.

• Project Leadership Provide overall leadership and direction to a team of technical professionals involved in the delivery of application projects, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Technical Expertise Utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience with integration, DevOps, Sitecore, and MS Dynamics to guide the team in technical decision-making, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
• Project Planning and Execution Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product owners, and development teams, to define project requirements, develop project plans, and execute projects effectively.
• Resource Management Allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, in a strategic manner to optimize project outcomes and ensure project success.
• Risk Management Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues and ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Quality Assurance Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to deliver high-quality applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Management Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, managing expectations, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Team Development Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes continuous learning and growth.
• Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project-related communications, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Continuous Improvement Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in software application delivery, with a focus on DevOps, Software AG and /or Sitecore and/or MS Dynamics.
• Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale application projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Deep technical expertise in DevOps practices, Sitecore CMS, and MS Dynamics CRM, including architecture, development, integration, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in managing agile projects.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven experience in managing project budgets and resources effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365, Sitecore Certified Developer) are highly desirable.
