Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Pre-signature – to ensure that customer facing contractual commitments entered into by the division within the SME sector represents a positive commercial position for the company and comply with applicable legislation and Serco commercial requirements, including the SMS.
• Ensure processes are in place or developed to monitor, reviews and challenges all commercial negotiations across the division to ensure key financial risks and opportunities have been identified and mitigated.
• Monitor the register of all opportunities and submissions and ensure team members keep this information source updated.

Job Requirements:

• An experienced commercial negotiator with direct experience managing high value / complex / long term contract agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills and report writing skills.
• Experience of working and evaluation commercial financial models for valuation and bids submission.
