We are a Company that is leading in training and competency development in UAE as a part time job.

We are looking for specialized candidates to work as Senior Barge Engineer Instructor with an attractive rate.

A. Requirements:

Developing Learning material to cover the following modules:

1. Refreshing the Fundamentals

2. History of Jackups and MODU Basics and Classification Society and Rules, IMO & STCW

3. Basic Stability

4. Advanced & Practical Stability

5. Environmental Protection and Weather Criteria for Move

6. Class Requirements, Surveys, and Certificates

7. Operations

8. Test, Assessment & Evaluation

B. Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree OR High Diploma is a MUST in the related fields or equivalent to the mentioned bodies/authorities.

2. Minimum of 15 years of solid experience in a highly reputed organization within UAE, GCC, and/or internationally. Furthermore, he must have completed training for the Barge Engineer position.

3. Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in the field of Training / Lecturing.

4. Candidates MUST be in possession of the following:

Ship training, certification, and watchkeeping (STCW)

OPITO Survival courses certifications such as the Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training Certificate (BOSIET) / Further Offshore Emergency Training (FOET)

OPITO Minimum Industry Safety Training (MIST).

5. He / She should be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the required field.

6. Has strong English language & has minimum IELTS Band of 6

7. Must have one of body knowledge certificates BOSIET, MIST, STCW, etc.

8. UK, Mediterranean or/Gulf Experience is a Must.
