About the job
- Maintaining the executive’s agenda and assisting in planning appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Attending meetings and keeping minutes.
- Screening telephone calls and responding to emails.
- Making travel arrangements for executives.
- Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- In-depth knowledge of office management procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Russian.
