Salesforce is a widely used CRM system that helps businesses manage their customer relationships and sales processes. A Salesforce support resource can play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Salesforce system and help organizations maximize the value of their investment in Salesforce. Hired resource will be responsible for supporting the following business units: 1. Business Center (BC) 2. Business Park (BP) 3. Aviation 4. Logistics 5. Real Estate 6. Freezone 7. Registration & Licensing.

Deliverables:

• Regular progress reports
• Issue resolution reports
• User training materials and documentation
• Data migration plans and reports
• Integration plans and documentation
• System configuration and customization plans and reports

Requirements

• 3+ years Salesforce.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex API and Web Services development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or computer science, Master’s degree preferred with certification in Salesforce.
• Solid knowledge of SOQL.
• Good to have JavaScript, HTML, AJAX, XML, CSS and JQuery.
• Salesforce Developer certification (Developer I/II) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile development practices a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
