Mandarin Oriental is embarking on a new journey to bring powerful and relevant data insights to our colleagues on the floor through a new guest experience platform. To support this exciting project, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Change Manager to join our global Rooms team. In this role, you will oversee the successful implementation and rollout of a new guest experience platform across all our hotels worldwide. This will involve adding a new system and partially migrating from another system, requiring change management. To ensure a smooth transition you would map the existing user workflow as it is right now and where we would transition it towards with a clear path between these two. As the Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless, design, transition and adoption of the new platform and its processes, working closely with various stakeholders and teams.

Requirement

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure a successful rollout of the guest experience platform.
• Change Management: Design and implement change management strategies, activities and communications to facilitate a smooth transition and adoption of the new platform by hotel staff and guests.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Customer, Digital, and Learning & Development, to align project objectives and ensure effective communication throughout the rollout process.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the implementation of the guest experience platform, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
