Our CEOs are responsible for managing and organizing the reception area, delivering the highest standards of customer service, and creating an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming, reflective of the positive image of the Company. It is critical that CEOs are able to establish interpersonal relationships with customers and all team members and communicate well, being the first point of contact in the Spas. CEOs are responsible for monitoring day-to-day reception operations at the assigned branch including scheduling breaks, and ensuring balanced bookings and room assignments.

Requirements

 Previous experience in Beauty or Spa Industry is essential

 1 year of previous experience in reception, sales, or customer service field is mandatory in the Beauty or Wellness Industry

 Excellent product and treatment knowledge;

 Customer service focused and passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience;

 Positive attitude, ability to handle pressure and efficiency in the time management;

 Attention to detail, highly organized and focused;
