We are looking for a Real Estate Manager for one of our clients located in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 4 – 5 years of Real Estate experience from UAE

.Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential nursery location opportunities and trends.
• Utilize existing market knowledge and establish strong relationships with developers to facilitate location acquisition and negotiation.
• Negotiate contracts and rates, ensuring favourable terms and leveraging legal understanding of contracts when needed.
• Collaborate with the finance team to analyse the profit and loss (P&L) of each location and prepare persuasive pitches for the Investment
• Committee to secure project approval.
• Oversee the project management of the full fit-out process of the location, working closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with all necessary licensing and paperwork requirements until the centre is ready for opening, at which point responsibility transitions to the marketing and sales teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and maintain a strong network of contacts

Requirements Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Sales and Marketing or Real Estate Management
• Proven experience in real estate management, preferably within the education field.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully securing advantageous contracts and rates.
• Solid understanding of legal aspects related to contracts and leases.
• Ability to analyse financial data and create comprehensive P&L reports.
• Excellent project management skills, ensuring efficient delivery of projects within specified timelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with developers, team members, and stakeholders.
