KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creates 3D BIM Models
• Coordinate all aspects for the model (Firefighting) and Public Health.
• Update the BIM models on a biweekly or monthly basis.
• Collaborate with the scheduling department to build and maintain the 4D BIM model.
• Perform clash detection and resolve all clashes.
• Manage and coordinate external 3D presentations to the client.
• Work under direction of design professionals and BIM manager.
• Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline Revit modeling.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design-changes and model challenges.
• Adhere to Revit project workflow criteria.
• Follow Revit content standards and development procedures.
• May take the lead on developing some discipline-specific Revit modeling content for project.
• Print drawing sets for professional teams and participate in discipline reviews.
• Prepare own discipline model and/or content for Revit coordination meetings.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position
• Contracting company experience
• Excellent understanding of procedures, strategies, and workflow for Public Health and Firefighting bim modeling
• Proficient in Revit software
• Experience with Bentley, Navis works or Synchro or any other competitive software would be a plus.
• On-site construction experience would be desirable
• Strong written, verbal communication in English is essential.
