About the job

• Actively be involved in the Off-plan sale transactions on behalf of the clients/buyers.

• Stay updated with all the latest projects under the Off Plan stage.

• Stay updated with the USP of each ongoing project.

• Stay in constant touch with the Line Manager to update him about all ongoing transactions and seek his help to improvise.

• Creating and maintaining relationships with the Sales team from the Developer office.

• Understand and Assess buyers’ needs and suggest properties for their consideration.

• Always give options to buyers for their property search and try to cross-sale and up-sale to make sure clients are never left without any option and are guided well.

• Having regular meetings with clients and accompanying them at the Developer’s office to explain the project in detail.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Commissions up to 70% ( Basic Salary will be provided on special Consideration)

• Lead Generation: Digital Campaigns, Social Media Campaigns, International and Local Road shows, Property shows, Exhibitions, etc.

• Residence Visa/Labor card,

• Medical Insurance,

• In-house Marketing support along with professional in-house photo/videographer,

• Back Office support to coordinate Administration tasks,
