We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Consultant/Advisor specializing in the Secondary Market to join our team. As a Property Consultant/Advisor, your role will involve providing expert guidance and assistance to clients interested in buying or selling properties in the Secondary Market. You will work closely with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, analyze property values, and ensure a smooth process.

Qualifications 

• A bachelor’s degree, in real estate or a related field is a plus.
• Should have 3 years proven experience in Dubai real estate in Secondary Market of which 2 years should be of recent years experience.
• Should have at least 15 listing or potential to get 15 listing with NOC. And should have closed at least AED 50,000 gross commission on average per month in last 6 months.
• In-depth knowledge of the Secondary property market, including market trends, pricing dynamics, legal requirements, and investment considerations. Familiarity with property valuation methods, financing options, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients. Must speak English and Russian, Italian or German as additional language is a plus.
