Key Responsibilities: Understand Project Material Requisitions for Heat Exchangers, Shell and Tube, Air Cooled Units. Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs research potential vendors and develop supply chain track orders and ensure timely delivery update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)Conduct market research to identify pricing trends / risksEvaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better pricesPrepare cost analyses maintain updated records of invoices and contractsFollow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change ordersLiaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good conditionShall able to understand and implement client specification.Able to Handle sub-contractors and shall approve the procedures.Incoming materials GRN.Preparation of material traceability records and prepare test certificates.Shall have worked with U stamp companies.Review of drawings and Material specifications.Preparation of in process and final documentation good understanding of ISO procedures and requirements

Work Experience & Education Requirements

Experience 8 & aboveQualification- Diploma or BE MechanicalExcellent experience in Project material procurement for Heat Exchangers / Pressure Vessels and Fabrication ProjectsMust have experience with sourcing from China, India, Korea, EuropeMust speak, read, write English fluently

Preferred Technical Skills

Knowledge of ASME, ASTM, ISO specifications for Steel products, pipes, tubes, plates, forgings, flangesRead technical drawings, TDCsGood understanding of supply chain proceduresHands-on experience with purchasing softwareAdvanced knowledge of MS ExcelKnowledge of market research
