About the job

Together with Business Development Managers lead the JV, focusing on profitability as well as reaching revenue targets. Implement JV strategy on target product and service portfolio, including target mix of high-value, outsourcing services. Lead and develop a delivery team. Provide value-add to the client in order to help meet the client’s business objectives through IT. Ensure customer satisfaction. Influence policy and strategy formation. Initiate influential relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirement

• Knowledge and actual experience of working in an IT business model
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodology and tools
• Good understanding of Software engineering and software estimation/budgeting practices
• Understanding of basics of financial management
