About the job
Assisting the Manager on daily tasks
– Make sure daily operations run smoothly
– Deal with the paperwork
– Sort and distribute communication in a timely manner
– Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
– Take orders and make sure they are prepared properly before sending out
– Supervise personnel’s schedule and duties
– Monitor payments to suppliers and receipts from customers
– Research transaction issues
– Schedule and monitor interviews and office meetings
– Organize office and file managing
Requirements:
– Minimum 3+ years proven experience in similar administrative position. Experience in the Logistics Industry will be considered an advantage
– English language proficiency – Excellent working knowledge, written and verbal
– Must be PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
– Bookkeeping knowledge and Financial understanding
– Problem solver
– Thorough understanding of office management procedures
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Good cooperation and team skills
