Our client based in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Teacher for their Nursery. You should be able to research and develop lesson plans. Besides, you should also be able to gather resource materials. Responsibilities

• Observing and guiding children with their learning needs
• Gathering resource materials and developing lesson plans
• Introducing various learning exercises to help children learn better
• Creating a safe and positive learning environment for the children
• Tracking students progress and maintaining a report on the same
• Accompanying students on field trips and other school activities
• Attending seminars and workshops as and when required
• Coordinating and collaborating with other Teachers to develop lesson plans
• Communicating students progress with their parents
• Adhering to the educational policies and guidelines at all times

Requirements

• 4-year experience as a Nursery Teacher, of which 1-2 years should be UAE experience
• Native English speaker is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Proven work experience as a Montessori Teacher, Teacher, or a similar role in the Education department
• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Displaying a warm and welcoming personality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Having an eye for detail and good multitasking abilities
