You can work on the project in the evening/ weekends according to your availability .Mentee Guru is an innovative start-up platform aimed at revolutionizing mentoring in diverse fields by creating meaningful, data-driven, and goal-oriented relationships between mentors and mentees. Our goal is to help individuals unlock their potential through our dedicated platform.

Tasks

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain platform users.
• Coordinate with our team to create engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and adjust to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate with team members to promote our platform through various channels, including networking events and PR opportunities.
• Oversee and manage our brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our services.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and social media marketing.
• Knowledge of marketing tools, strategies, and best practices, with a solid understanding of SEO, email marketing, and CRM software.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Self-starter, comfortable with the dynamic pace and lean structure of a startup environment.
• Passionate about mentoring and making a difference in people’s lives.
