Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Manager for Brand Development, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to elevate our brand presence in the market. Your primary focus will be on establishing brand awareness, fostering customer loyalty, and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to position our brand at the forefront of the accessories and jewelry industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
2. Digital Marketing and Social Media: Oversee and manage our digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives. Leverage social media platforms to engage with our target audience and create a strong online presence.
3. Content Creation: Create compelling and captivating content for various marketing channels, including website, blogs, social media, and advertising materials. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
4. Innovative Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns to launch new product lines and seasonal collections. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
5. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer preferences. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential market segments.
6. Public Relations and Influencer Marketing: Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers to enhance brand exposure. Collaborate with influencers to promote our products effectively.
7. Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with complementary brands and industry influencers to drive brand collaborations and expand our customer base.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management or marketing roles, preferably in the fashion, accessories, or jewelry industry.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
– Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
– Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
