Our client is an independent creative agency that designs immersive venues, gathers original content, develops compelling experience around live audiences, and organize interconnected campaigns. As a Junior Accountant (Accounts Payable), you will be responsible for managing all production accounts payable. Assist the Project Accountant in maintaining clear accounts payable files, deadlines, and tracking and well versed in accounts payable accounting practices and dealing with suppliers.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage receipt and logging of all supplier invoices.
• Assist with communications with suppliers to answer any queries, including payment questions and discrepancies.
• Assist with communications with the Corporate Finance team in relation to all accounts payable suppliers and freelancers.
• Assist with communications with all department heads related to supplier queries and requirements.
• Assist with tracking all accounts payable, as required.
• Assist with maintenance of all accounting files both paper and electronic
• Ensuring information is easily accessible and understandable.
