About the job

• Completing the implementation of ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit to enhance HR efficiency
• Integrating payroll with ZOHO People (from an HR perspective) to streamline processes
• Enhancing the onboarding process administration for a seamless experience
• Collaborating with the Marketing Department to develop effective HR marketing strategies
• Implementing HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve HR effectiveness
• Establishing HR Controlling mechanisms to ensure data-driven decision-making
• Managing daily HR operations and administration tasks
• Working closely with other departments to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives
• Providing support in the development and execution of HR strategies

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR or related field
• 3 years in HR project management
• Full English proficiency is required
• German language proficiency is advantageous
• Comprehensive knowledge of all HR processes and UAE Labor Law
• Track record of successful HR project execution.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Zoho People and Zoho Recruit), HR analytics
• Proven work experience in both Europe and the UAE
• Advanced computer literacy is required e.g., MS Excel
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Innovative approach to optimizing HR operations
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
