We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager to join our real estate development company. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the real estate development projects.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• • Develop and implement financial models to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of real estate development projects.

• • Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to support investment decisions.

• • Provide accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis, financial forecasts, and project performance metrics.

• • Monitor and analyze key financial indicators, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• • Collaborate with project teams to create detailed project budgets and cash flow projections.

• • Track project expenses, monitor budget adherence, and provide proactive recommendations for cost optimization.

• • Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial forecasts for ongoing and future projects.

• • Conduct regular budget reviews and financial performance assessments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Financial Management:

• • Oversee all financial aspects of real estate development projects, including financial transactions, loan agreements, and vendor contracts.

• • Manage project financing, including debt and equity financing arrangements.

• • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.

• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other relevant parties.
