About the job

Our client is a Financial Service provider with professional expertise in delivering multi-jurisdictional investment and asset protection solutions. They are looking for a Finance Associate for their team in Dubai on a short-term contract of 3 months starting immediately.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in UAE in a similar role
• Should have a Family Sponsorship and can join immediately

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor Statement of Accounts, payments, invoices related to each client financials
• Proactively collecting debts from company debtors, ensuring to collect over and above the credit days debtors on timely manner.
• Keeping and filing of invoices copies to maintain proper records for clients
• Support team in conversations with clients regarding payment plans and terms
• Maintain clients master sheet and continuously updating contact details, payment status and client feedback
• Coordinating with the team for any cheque or payment collection and allocation
• Record daily collection updates and issue reports to support HOCS in debt management
• Assist HOCS with weekly forecast and reporting
