About the job

Key Responsibilities

• Carries out technical inspections throughout Abu Dhabi portfolio.
• Inspects the quality of PPM and reactive services carried out by service providers.
• Liaises with vendors for any kinds of works requested or approved by landlord.
• Creation of scope for the vendor to share the proposal.
• Review of technical aspects of the quotes submitted by vendors.
• Vacant unit quality inspection.
• Review of PPM and reactive reports.
• Follow up and review of monthly reports and invoices from the TFM vendor.
• Inspection of Statutory compliance and ensures that it is compliant.
• Review of PPM schedules and ensures that the PPM is carried out as per the shared schedule and contractual agreement.
• Liaising with landlords and attending to any requests from them as per contract.
• Ensures that the service delivery of the vendors are as per the agreed contractual terms with the landlord.
• Ensure that minimal escalation arises from landlords.
• Carryout daily, weekly and monthly inspections on hard and soft services and document them accordingly.
• Escalates issues then and there promptly.
• Clear understanding of the KPI’s and SLA’s for the contracts. (both Savills and service provider)
• Carry out other assigned tasks as provided by the line manager.
• Report generation in the form of technical reports, recommendation letters for quote and other ad-hoc reports.
• Carry out move-in and move-out inspection reports.
• Attend meetings with all and any stakeholders involved (landlord, contractor and vendor)
• Brief understanding about MEP, FLS, and other specialized systems and its functioning.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

• 4 years’ experience in the relevant field.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi .
• Driving License and car mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi, rules, regs & compliance, as well as key contractors & providers
• Electrical Engineer Preferred.
• Willing to innovate to provide higher standards of service than the market average
• Numerate, with attention to detail, & clear record keeping skills
• Highly literate with strong communication skills – able to easily converse & adapt dialogue respectively with contractors, property managers, tenants and present to clients
• Microsoft Office – Good Knowledge
• Experience using Infuma, Autocad and CAFM, Reflection
