Duties and Responsibilities: –

• Monitoring Epicor ERP Application in All Environments (Training, Pilot, Test, and LIVE).
• Analyze and document all aspects of business process requirements.
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of SSRS Reports using ODBC & ADO.NET database connections. Modify current Epicor canned reports and create custom reports for the organization.
• Provide incident response support for application issues and troubleshoot production issues.
• Focus on developing, growing, and investing our technical talent.
• Create BPMs using traces to implement company checks and triggers within the ERP Environment.
• Maintains all user guides, Technical /system documentation relevant to Dolphin implementation.
• Interacts with users to understand their requirements/problems and evaluates possible solutions from a business benefit perspective.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as required in Epicor Environment.
• Perform data validation and quality control checks to maximize operational performance.
• Troubleshoot, and resolve any reported problems.
• Support the application team and customization development team.
• Coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments.
• Providing training as per needs to end-users of all group companies.
• Designing process flows during implementation.
• Develop and maintain any new dashboard infrastructure requirements for the organization.
• Daily monitoring and maintenance activities.

Technical Skill: –

• Languages: – C#.Net, VB.Net.
• Database(s): – My-SQL, MSSQL(Beginner).
• Operating Systems: – Windows.
• Reporting: – SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
