About the job
The digital marketing senior analyst will support with the digital marketing strategy built for Cigna Healthcare MEA. The candidate will be leading and driving the digital marketing plans for the region to achieve marketing & business objectives – the responsibilities include website management, search engine optimization, digital marketing campaigns, and CX enhancement & customer engagement digital projects.
The candidate will also oversee the direct channel performance through digital.
The successful candidate must have strong technical experience in the digital space and should keep abreast with market trends and best practices.
- _Search Engine Optimization (SEO):_**
_Optimize website content, structure, and meta tags to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, monitor website traffic, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques._
- _Digital Marketing Campaigns:_**
_Planning and implementing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives – across multiple channels and platforms, including Social Media_
- _Analytics and Reporting_**
_: Monitor, analyse, and report on key digital marketing metrics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics. Identify areas for improvement, make data-driven decisions, and provide regular reports to stakeholders._
- _Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):_**
_Optimize websites and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing, analyse user behaviour, and implement changes to enhance user experience and drive more conversions._
- _Mobile Marketing_**
_: Develop strategies to engage with mobile users through mobile advertising, responsive web design, mobile apps, or SMS marketing campaigns._
- _UX Design_**

- _Customer Experience and Drive Customer Engagement_**
_– working closely with CX team_
- _Campaign Development:_**
_Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective direct marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, defining campaign goals, creating compelling messaging, and selecting appropriate channels._
- _Email Marketing:_**
_Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, writing persuasive copy, segmenting audiences, managing email lists, and monitoring campaign metrics. Use A/B testing to optimize email performance and increase open and click-through rates._
- _Measurement and Analysis:_**
_Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as response rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to optimize results._
- _Budget Management:_**
_Monitor campaign budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective execution and allocation of resources. Seek opportunities to optimize spending and improve campaign efficiency._
- _Plan, design, and develop website layout and structure._**
_Collaborate with designers and developers to implement website features and enhancements._
_Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance._
- _Content Management:_**
_Create, edit, and publish website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements._
_Ensure content is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engine visibility._
_Regularly review and update website content to keep it fresh and engaging._
- _User Experience and Interface:_**
_Conduct user research and analyze website analytics to improve user experience._
_Optimize website navigation, layout, and functionality to enhance usability._
- _Performance Monitoring and Optimization:_**
_Track website performance metrics, such as page load speed and conversion rates._
_Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize website performance._
_Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to refine website elements._
_Ensure website compliance with web standards, accessibility guidelines, and data privacy regulations._
- _Website Analytics and Reporting:_**
_Utilize web analytics tools to gather and analyze website data._
_Generate regular reports on website performance, user behavior, and traffic trends._
_Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders for strategic decision-making._
_Implement tracking mechanisms, such as conversion tags and event tracking, for data collection._
- Highly organized, ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- A proven team player who is able to work in fast moving environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- University or college degree – ideally marketing or digital marketing major
