Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, CRO, and general maintenance of marketing campaigns.
• Create and curate content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of reports on digital marketing campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing online presence and engagement.
• Assist with the management and maintenance of the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and other digital channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Required skills/experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
