Requirement

• Provide legal advice on international and US law matters, ensuring the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a variety of contracts and agreements in line with US, UAE, and international laws.
• Develop and oversee the company’s legal strategy to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes and developments in the corporate regulatory and legal environment, and advise the company accordingly.
