Job Description

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Maintain and update the regular reports and procedures into the Committee Tracking System (CTS)periodically.# Assist Manager in project management administration functions and carry out administrative duties.# Administrate the electronic correspondence management system.# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.# Support Manager in tasks and duties according to the demand of the workload# Assist Manager in regard to Teams / Committees, and attend internal and external team / committee meetings as necessary.# Participate in different events and teams as required.

Qualifications

Education# Bachelor / Higher Diploma in Business Administration or Information Technology with 0-2 years ofexperience from a recognized University, Or Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience, Law Or minimum 5years of experience in relevant competencies needed
