We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Concrete and Durability Specialist to oversee and manage our concrete and durability operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and durability of our concrete products and structures, while also maintaining compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations. This position requires extensive knowledge of concrete production, testing, and evaluation, as well as a deep understanding of the factors that impact concrete durability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement concrete production processes and quality control procedures to ensure the reliability and durability of our concrete products.
• Monitor concrete testing and evaluation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead research and development efforts to improve concrete strength, durability, and sustainability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, engineers, and project managers on all matters related to concrete production and durability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues related to concrete quality, performance, and durability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry experts to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in concrete technology.
• Develop and maintain internal training programs to ensure that employees are properly trained on concrete production and durability best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our concrete production and durability operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in concrete production and durability, with a track record of delivering high-quality products and structures.
• Extensive knowledge of concrete testing, evaluation, and quality control procedures.
• Strong technical skills and expertise in concrete production and durability.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
