About the job

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to increase revenue and profitability.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and donors.
• Negotiate sponsorship and partnership agreements.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to increase sponsor and partner visibility.
• Manage and track sponsorships and partnerships to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create effective sponsorship and partnership programs.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness and ROI of sponsorship and partnership programs.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sponsorship sales, or related field
• Willing to work and be based in Abu Dhabi
• Willing to work for long working hours; including weekends, when needed.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Demonstrated track record of generating revenue through sponsorships and partnerships.
• Experience with project management and event planning.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
