- Performing data entry and maintaining databases
- Collect and input data from various sources such as online, databases, surveys and documents
- Ensure the safety of all data and their availability when needed
- Communicate with other team members to ensure accuracy and safety of data collected
- High school diploma in a related field.
- No experience as a Virtual Assistant is needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 1 month of experience in online market research
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Familiarity with research methodologies and techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the market and consumer behavior preferred
- Good typing and data entry skills
- Reliable and fast internet connectivity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
