Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and budgeting.

• • Manage cash flow and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to accounting principles and policies.

• • Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for management, stakeholders, and external auditors.

• • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity.

Real Estate Development Accounting:

• • Coordinate and manage all accounting aspects of real estate development projects, including project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.

• • Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely recording of project costs, revenue recognition, and adherence to project budgets.

• Provide financial analysis and support for investment decisions related to real estate development, including evaluating project feasibility, ROI analysis, and risk assessment.
