This role is based within Pearson Workforce Skills vertical – in the Performance Zone MENAT Region. Requirement

• Promote Pearson’s Vocational Qualifications (BTEC, LCCI, Pearson Assured) and its services to all Vocational Education Institutions in the assigned countries within the MENAT territories.
• Provide customers with a range of support to secure existing business against agreed targets in liaison with Regional Development Managers and Regional Manager. This includes and not exclusive to
• resolving existing customer queries,
• applying special fees/discounts as agreed by Regional Manager
• processing qualification approval documentation for customers and following up with team members to expedite the process
